The Admissions Lottery is what Haas Hall Academy uses to fill available seats for enrollment.
Each year Haas Hall Academy conducts a random, anonymous Admissions Lottery drawing for each grade at each campus to determine which applicants are admitted.

We have four campuses across Northwest Arkansas and the River Valley. They are in the cities of Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, Bentonville and Fort Smith.
Any child entering grades 7-12 who is not expelled from another school may apply to attend Haas Hall Academy.
Haas Hall Academy scholars must reside in the state of Arkansas while enrolled and attending the school. Applicants who live outside of Arkansas may apply, but those who gain admission to Haas Hall Academy must reside in Arkansas by the first day of school.
For the 2024-2025 Admissions Lottery you can apply online between Sept. 1, 2024, and Feb. 1, 2025. Families who do not have Internet access may visit any of our campuses to receive help with the application. Paper applications also are available at each of our campuses.
Yes. Applicants who do not gain admission during the current Admissions Lottery cycle must re-apply during the next Admissions Lottery cycle for the following school year.
Yes. Anyone interested in attending Haas Hall Academy must submit an application. The application has a box to check if the applicant is a sibling of a current scholar. Siblings receive priority at the campus their sibling attends.
Yes! We encourage all applicants to make an appointment to shadow a scholar and to attend one of our open houses. You can find out more information and make an appointment here.
The 2024-2025 Admissions Lottery drawing will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at the Starr Scholar Center on the Fayetteville campus.
Representatives from the Arkansas Department of Education and the public are invited to attend. Applicants do not need to be present to claim their seat.
No. Accepting a seat at one campus declines seat offers and potential seat offers at other campuses. If you accept the seat offer at the non-preferred campus, you may fill out a waiting list application (and receive a new Lottery ID) to be placed back on the waiting list for the preferred campus.
No. If an applicant receives seat offers at multiple campuses, you may accept only one seat at one campus. Keep in mind, when you accept a seat at one campus, you simultaneously decline any seats offered or potential seats (waiting list) connected with the applicant’s Lottery ID.
Applicants who are chosen will be notified by email within 72 hours of the Admissions Lottery drawing. The email will include a link to accept or decline the seat. Applicants who do not gain admission are put on the waiting list. Applicants on the waiting list who do not gain admission during the current Admissions Lottery cycle must re-apply during the next Admissions Lottery cycle for the following school year.
After the Admissions Lottery drawing, we accept applications for waiting list positions on a first-come, first-served basis. The applications are added to the bottom of the waiting list in the order we receive them. Waiting list applications will be available beginning March 1, 2025.
No. Campus-to-campus transfers are not permitted. If a scholar at one Haas Hall Academy campus would like to attend another Haas Hall Academy campus, that scholar must apply during the Admissions Lottery for the campus they would like to attend. Current scholars receive no preference in the drawing. Seat offers for current scholars are not guaranteed.
No. We do not charge tuition. Haas Hall Academy is an open-enrollment public charter school.
